We use low-pressure soft washing for siding. A cleaning solution loosens dirt and organic buildup so we can rinse it away without relying on high pressure, which can damage siding or force water behind it. We assess the siding’s condition before choosing our approach.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Our limited-time house soft washing offer is $300. Price may vary based on house size and amount of buildup. Other services are quoted separately unless included in your estimate. Send photos and your town; we confirm the surfaces, scope, and price before you book.
What is included in the $300 house-washing offer?
The offer is for house soft washing. Your written estimate identifies the siding and other surfaces included. Driveways, patios, fences, sheds, and other additional areas are quoted separately unless expressly included. Tell us about painted siding, oxidation, loose panels, or damaged finishes so we can assess the surface first.
What should I send for an estimate?
Text photos of each side of your house to (646) 763-0082, along with your town and any problem areas. Tell us which additional surfaces you want cleaned. We will review the scope and confirm pricing before you decide to book.
